The Laboratory is a brand new recording studio in Mid-City L.A. owned and operated by Bora Karaca. Designed by JSX Audio (Skywalker Sound), the studio provides both production and engineering services in an ideal acoustical space for a wide range of audio projects. Our facilities include a control room for recording and mixing in Pro Tools HD Native with a variety of boutique analog preamps and microphones, a live room with a full drum kit and Bösendorfer grand piano for more reverberant recordings, and a dead room optimized for capturing dry vocals or instruments.
